Position: Company Assistant
We are Boost Outsourcing Solutions, Our aim is to provide high-standard office assistant services to companies in N. America and help them grow their businesses.
POSITION CHARACTERISTICS:
✅5 days/week (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 2:00 pm – 11:00 pm or 3:00 PM – 12:00 PM) 1h break included

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the work with the executives.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate workers.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
- Prepare emails, invoices, and other correspondence
- Answer phones, greet and assist clients
- Day-to-day tasks…etc.
YOU GOT AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU HAVE STUDIED OR ARE STUDYING IN THESE FIELDS:
- English Language
- PR, Business Admiistration
- Business Managemnt
- Bookkeeping
- other relevant fields
IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
- Office Assistant
- Customer support
- Administrative assistant
- Bookkeeping
SIMILAR EXPERIENCE IS AN ADVANTAGE.
